Although this is a British book prize there is always a great selection of books up for the award which are avaliable across the world.

The purpose of this site is to gather reviews on Carnegie winners, and short (or long) list. This is a project which has no end date, and can be taken up by participants in anyway they like. They may challenge themselves to read all the short list of one year, a selection of winners or for the real tough nuts to read all the winners. Or people can just dip in and out.

Hopefully this will become a place where people can share their thoughts and opinions on the books, and where people will come for recommendations.

If you wish to participate please leave a link to your blog on Mr Linky.

People can submit reiews that they already have on their sites in the comments and I will create a post for now for each of the reviews while I work out how to add participants
